What these T&C regulate

These general terms & conditions regulate the legal relation between you and the Swiss Snowsports School Samnaun 
(afterwards SSSS) for services, which we offer in our name.

Prices

The prices for the lessons are VAT free.

Accident insurance

The Swiss Snowsports School Samnaun (SSSS) does not assume any liability for accidents occurring before, during or 
after lessons. It is the responsibility of course participants to avail of accident and liability insurance.

Group courses and private lessons

Courses can be booked by phone or via an electronic method. We recommend booking your course in due time. SSSS 
guarantees reservations for group courses only after receipt of payment. Bookings may be cancelled by 6 pm on the day 
before the course directly in the Ski School Office in Samnaun. Otherwise, the full rate according to the booking will be 
charged. If the required minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to put groups together or to 
cancel courses at short notice. The courses take place in any weather, except when the cable cars are closed down due 
to the weather conditions.

Course tickets and payback

Course tickets are personal and not transferable. Refund: unused course days are only refunded upon presentation of a
medical attest and only until the end of the season. Only the difference of unused days will be refunded, not the entire 
course fee. The lessons you attended, are charged at the regular fee. Every started lesson is fully charged.

Means of payment

We accept Swiss franc and EURO as well as Reka-Checks as cash currency. At the same time we accept all current 
credit cards (Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Maestro and Postcard).

Place of jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Samnaun. Price changes and misprints excepted.
 

Payment

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
